General Guarantee Information

All items repaired carry our 3 month guarantee as standard. This covers parts and labour for three months from the date the repair is completed.

Some repairs come with an extended guarantee period. If the spares manufacturer guarantees the product for more than three months we will match the period with our labour guarantee.

All items repaired or serviced are sealed with a security label. If this label is removed or has been tampered with the guarantee is deemed void.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Computer Guarantee

The guarantee period for computer repairs is dependant on the manufacturer of the components fitted. We match all parts guarantees with our labour guarantee.

Software and operating system related issues are guaranteed only if the problem relates directly to our configuration of your system.

Aerials and Erection Guarantee

All aerial products sold as DIY items are guaranteed for one year to be free from manufacturing defects. This does not cover storm or weather related damage, inappropriate erection, misuse, poor workmanship or mishandling.

All aerial erections carried out by ourselves are covered by a one year guarantee on all items supplied. This does not cover storm or weather related damage, acts of God or failings of items not supplied by us used in your erection or aerial system. Please contact us for more information.

Screen Mounting Guarantee

Our screen mounting installations are guaranteed for one year under normal use. Cables embedded into walls and accessories are also covered for one year unless damaged by the customer.

Plastering is completed to a rough finish and will require a fine layer of filler and sanding prior to decoration. The guarantee is void should the installation be interfered with.
